Saturday Geeks takes a design-based approach to digital creation, letting youths learn creative and critical thinking skills that transform them from passive consumers to creators and inventors of the future. Empowering youths to be Changemakers with design and technology since 2012.
Adeline is an anthropologist who loves people and technology. She is co-Founder at Saturday Kids (parent company of Saturday Geeks), and a design researcher at Frog, a global design and strategy firm that uses design thinking to develop and innovate better products, services, and experiences for people. When she’s not making with tech, Adeline is teaching others how to think, create, and invent using human-centric design processes.
Adeline has been teaching kids and youths since 2005, and has taught people how to create with Design Thinking and tech at Google, Hackathon@SG and Archifest 2015.
Angelia is a teacher and curriculum developer at Saturday Geeks. Trained in fashion design and a mother of two young children, Angelia enjoys working with youths and children. She finds it exciting to motivate people to explore and express their ideas and interests by interpreting them into design solutions.
Angelia has taught kids how to invent and make their ideas into reality with Design Thinking and Little Bits Electronics. Her recent projects include teaching Design Thinking workshops with Google, Hackathon@SG and Archifest 2015.
